About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Site Merchandising and Optimization efforts. As a key member of our Homepage Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site planning and optimization process through data-driven analysis and customer insights.
- Develop strategic direction and guiding principles to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Establish measurable KPIs for all components of the Homepage experience.
- Build strategies to deliver and exceed KPI goals, including customer click-through, add-to-carts, and content attributed revenue.
- Ideate, develop, and launch new features in partnership with product, engineering, and UX teams.
- Gain buy-in from cross-functional partners and leadership teams through clear communication and content strategy presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years related experience in business operations, program management, or e-commerce.
- Preferred qualification: Master's degree in business or related field; project management certification.
