Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with existing customers, and negotiating deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team to achieve optimal results.
- Analyze Sales Data: Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting and identify areas of improvement.
- Foster Customer Relationships: Build and form new partnerships with potential clients to increase sales.
- Oversee Sales Activities: Coordinate sales team activities, including closing deals, finalizing paperwork, and other office tasks.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, or related field (Preferred)
- Spanish speaking (Required)
- Driver's license (Required)
- Experience as a supervisor or manager
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must pass background check
