Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Aurodi Corporation. This role will play a crucial part in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers for our innovative IoT temperature monitoring solutions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, qualification, and sales process navigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including outbound calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and tradeshow participation.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Navigate the sales process from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Develop a deep understanding of our temperature monitoring systems, wireless sensors, and IoT solutions.
- Bulk and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through personalized communication.
- Accurately track and manage sales opportunities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Aptitude: A basic understanding of IoT technology and the ability to learn about new technologies quickly.
- Strong Work Ethic: A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve customer issues and objections effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

- Experience in the industrial or commercial sector.
- Knowledge of temperature monitoring and control systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, Aurodi Corporation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
