About the Role

Flexpak is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, develop new business relationships, and expand existing ones. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively, and have a strong understanding of the sales process and industry trends. A valid US work authorization and demonstrated B2B sales experience are also required.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, a 401K with matching contributions, and paid leave. Our competitive salary range is $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience, and we provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
