We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Monday.com. As a quota-carrying position, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting. Your comprehensive understanding of Monday's solution and ability to connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI will be crucial in developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from our platform.

We're seeking a collaborative, high-energy teammate with excellent communication and negotiation skills. With 3+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company, preferably in the project management and work collaboration space, you'll have a track record of success and overachievement. Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach is essential.
