About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Business Development Representative to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling cutting-edge technology to small businesses, empowering them to collaborate, communicate, and grow.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with demonstrated ability to exceed expectations in their current role, perform thoughtful and thorough discovery, and quickly build trust and confidence with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and chat to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Work opportunities through the sales process, running product demonstrations, discovering pain points, leveraging RingCentral to solve pain points, and ultimately close deals.
  • Maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.

What We Offer

  • A comprehensive compensation package including a salary range of $85,000 - $100,000, depending on your skills and experience.
