Senior Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Flexpak is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As a seasoned professional in B2B sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the region.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
You will also be required to analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and make informed business decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Make informed business decisions based on data analysis
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid US work authorization is also required.
Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $105,000 depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and voluntary vision insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA), life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance, as well as voluntary life and accident insurance.
