Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Arizona Tile. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and objectives.
  • Work with customers to select stone slabs for their projects, including granite kitchen counters and marble floors.
  • Enter orders into our computer system within a Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive buying experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail sales experience in a professional environment.
  • Prior work experience working with tile, stone, granite, or slabs.
  • Knowledge of design elements, including size, proportion, color, balance, and light.
  • Basic computer skills working within a Windows environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
