Core Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and expectations to guide them in selecting appropriate insurance products and solutions.
- Proactively solicit, negotiate, and secure new business policies.
- Evaluate renewal accounts and determine necessary follow-up actions based on changes.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products to existing clientele.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in the annual review process by reaching out to clients and preparing tailored coverage recommendations.
- Conduct risk assessments and underwriting evaluations.
- Act as a liaison for clients and claims.
- Escalate unresolved issues or complex customer interactions to senior team members.
- Monitor and analyze calling activity and production metrics for agency marketers.
- Adhere to company policies and agency guidelines.
- Perform general customer service tasks as required.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Valid Arizona Insurance License for Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health.
Performance Metrics: Ability to meet individual performance targets and objectives.
Multi-tasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all customer interactions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with basic product offerings, billing processes, underwriting standards, and operational guidelines.
Team Collaboration: Open to feedback and able to work effectively with colleagues.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in researching and identifying timely solutions to customer-related challenges.
