Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service within Financial Services or Information Technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, iOS, Android, and web browsers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus
  • Demonstrated adaptability in a changing environment

Certifications Preferred:

  • Series SIE
  • Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (MOS)
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  • CompTIA A+

Pay Range:

$24.41-$40.69/hour
