Position Overview
As an Insurance Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our insurance products and services. Your responsibilities will include engaging with both internal and external clients to provide insights on underwriting standards, policies, and marketing strategies to effectively manage customer accounts.

Core Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs and expectations to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Actively solicit, negotiate, and secure new insurance policies.
- Evaluate renewal accounts and determine necessary follow-up actions based on changes.
- Promote additional products to current clients through cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in the annual review process by reaching out to clients and preparing tailored coverage recommendations based on their needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and underwriting tasks.
- Serve as a liaison for clients and claims.
- Escalate unresolved issues or complex interactions to senior team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and production levels for agency marketers.
- Adhere to company policies and agency protocols.
- Execute general customer service tasks as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Mandatory: Valid Arizona Insurance License for Property & Casualty, Life, Accident, and Health.
Performance Orientation: Ability to achieve individual performance targets and objectives.
Multi-tasking Skills: Proficient in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Detail Orientation: Maintain precise and thorough records of all customer interactions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
