United Fire Equipment Company, a recognized leader in the fire suppression and detection sector, is in search of a skilled Sales and Customer Support Specialist to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team.

The Sales and Customer Support Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between United Fire and our extensive Firefighter clientele.

This role involves assisting with the provision of firefighter uniforms for various fire departments across Arizona. It presents an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative organization dedicated to growth and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate front counter sales and engage with walk-in customers.
- Ensure completion of front counter opening and closing protocols.
- Support firefighters with online uniform orders and modifications, preparing comprehensive sales orders, order forms, and invoices.
- Provide estimated delivery timelines for products based on knowledge of production and shipping schedules.
- Process customer payments via cash, check, or credit card.
- Educate and promote all products and services offered by United Fire Equipment.
- Assist in conducting physical inventory counts as required by management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly showroom environment.


Qualifications:
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Proficient in utilizing software systems and workstations.
- Capable of working effectively under time constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.


Job Type:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Requirements:
- High school diploma

- Capability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and sit. This position requires the ability to balance and climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
