Facility Operations Supervisor

Position Overview:
Oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations within a smaller automated or non-automated facility, ensuring adherence to regulatory and corporate safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of team members to promote productivity and operational efficiency.
2. Implement and monitor compliance with all safety, risk management, environmental, and health programs.
3. Organize and prioritize maintenance tasks using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
4. Collaborate with the facility's General Manager to create and maintain annual budgets for labor and materials.
5. Analyze monthly utility reports, discuss findings, and propose innovative solutions for energy management.
6. Offer insights on future capital projects for the facility and ensure their timely execution.
7. Manage site-specific energy efficiency projects in partnership with the Energy Management department.

Additional Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on the design and management of future building or automation projects in collaboration with Network Optimization.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance management, including resource allocation.
- Familiarity with ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration systems in temperature-controlled environments.
- Proven knowledge of Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan regulations, along with program implementation and compliance oversight.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles and applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to navigate ambiguity.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in extreme temperatures, ranging from -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage, while utilizing provided personal protective equipment.
