Overview

Position Summary:
The Regional Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily functions and administrative responsibilities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations. This role involves the development and execution of cost management strategies and service quality benchmarks to meet customer specifications and contractual commitments for the designated facilities. The supervisor is responsible for conducting inspections, implementing quality assurance protocols, and managing the inventory of equipment and supplies within the assigned locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that services are delivered as per contract and maintain targeted profit margins.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Oversee the company's quality assurance and safety initiatives at the designated sites.
  • Perform service quality assessments at the assigned locations.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance revenue by encouraging Supervisors to identify additional service offerings for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including employee terminations, labor variance reports, and operational models, ensuring timely submission to the relevant district or hub.
  • Proactively analyze and manage both financial and operational performance metrics for the assigned facilities.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission to payroll personnel, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and Lead personnel within the facilities.
  • Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and evaluation of staff within the assigned locations, executing supervisory duties in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Responsibilities include delegating tasks, evaluating performance, recognizing and addressing employee contributions, managing grievances, and conducting terminations when necessary.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $60,000. The specific offer will depend on the successful candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location, along with market alignment. Candidates may also qualify for participation in a company incentive or bonus program.

Travel Requirements: This position requires 100% travel within the central Maryland area for site evaluations at various banking facilities and for emergencies as needed.

  • An associate's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment is essential.
  • Experience in cost estimation and pricing is necessary.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures is required.
  • Ability to compose reports and business correspondence effectively, and to present information and respond to inquiries from management and clients.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license is mandatory.
