Position Summary:
The Regional Operations Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily operational and administrative functions to ensure adherence to contractual obligations. This role involves developing and executing cost management strategies and service quality benchmarks to meet customer specifications and contractual agreements for the designated facilities. The supervisor will manage inspections, quality assurance protocols, and inventory oversight of equipment and supplies within the assigned region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that services are delivered as per contract and within the expected profit margins.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues and concerns proactively.
  • Oversee the company's quality assurance monitoring and safety initiatives at the designated facilities.
  • Conduct service quality evaluations at the assigned locations.
  • Seek opportunities to enhance revenue by encouraging Supervisors to identify additional or periodic services for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Verify that all documentation, including terminations, labor variance action plans, and operational models, is accurate and submitted to the district/hub promptly.
  • Analyze and manage both financial and operational performance of the assigned facilities in a proactive manner.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and timely submission to the relevant payroll personnel, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Supervisors and Lead personnel assigned to the facilities.
  • Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and evaluation of staff within the assigned facilities, executing supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Responsibilities include directing tasks, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing grievances, resolving issues, and managing terminations.

Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 US Dollars
The salary range provided is for this position. Actual offers may vary based on the successful candidate's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment. Eligibility for participation in a Company incentive or bonus program may apply.

Travel Requirements: This Regional Operations Supervisor position involves 100% travel within the designated territory for site assessments at various facilities and addressing emergencies as necessary.

  • Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service-oriented environment.
  • Experience in cost estimation and pricing strategies.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage protocols.
  • Ability to compose reports and business correspondence effectively and respond to inquiries from management and clients.
  • Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license.
