Job Overview

We are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager with a robust technical background in the chemical sector. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying and engaging key stakeholders within the industry.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Industry Expertise:
  • Utilize your technical knowledge in chemistry to effectively communicate product advantages and specifications.

Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Identify and engage critical stakeholders, including manufacturers and OEMs.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with decision-makers and influencers.

Sales Strategy Development:
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving significant revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with broader business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Foster and manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

Technical Sales Presentations:
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations that highlight product features and benefits.
  • Customize presentations to meet the unique needs of different stakeholders.

Negotiation and Closing:
  • Lead negotiations to secure advantageous agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance departments to finalize contracts.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports to evaluate performance against established targets.
  • Provide forecasts and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Employ data-driven strategies to boost sales effectiveness.

Proactive Business Development:
  • Exhibit a strong business development mindset, actively pursuing new opportunities.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals, consistently surpassing expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; a technical background in chemistry is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in account management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to provide clear numerical forecasts and work towards ambitious sales targets.
