SALES MANAGER (CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING)


The Company:

Our client provides materials for sustainable energy across the globe. They have headquarters in GERMANY and is seeking to build their U.S. Team based out of THE WOODLANDS.

They are seeking a SALES MANAGER to lead their entry into the U.S. market while closely following industry trends, news, and strategy.


This role is a LONG-TERM, DIRECT-HIRE opportunity Compensation for this role is $120K-$140K, depending on experience.


This position does have a MON-FRI (8 hour shift) schedule, days only. Hours may vary depending on sales strategy approach.


*ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE proven experience in CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING sales.*

The Expectations for the SALES MANAGER:

  • Build relationships with decision-makers and industry leaders.
  • Nurture customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop data-driven sales strategies with focus on revenue and market targets.
  • Implement targeted sales campaigns to reach ideal market.
  • Respond to customer requests and inquiries for product information.
  • Conduct technical presentations related to product features and benefits.
  • Prepare sales reports analyzing metrics, projections, and target.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts to secure customer accounts.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, marketing, and leadership teams


The Experience Required for the SALES MANAGER:

  • MUST have 10+ years of experience in SALES related to CHEMICAL MANUFACTURING industry;
  • MUST have proven experience in sales and negotiation strategy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree are a PLUS


The Benefits:

  • The pay for this role is $130K-$145K, depending on experience.4This position is full-time, direct-hire (permanent).
  • This company does have full benefits available
