Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager with a robust technical background in the chemical sector. The successful candidate will excel in identifying and engaging key stakeholders while driving sales initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Expertise:
- Utilize your technical knowledge in chemistry to effectively communicate product advantages and features.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Identify and connect with essential stakeholders, including manufacturers and OEMs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving significant revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overarching business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster and manage customer relationships to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
Technical Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling technical presentations that highlight product features and benefits.
- Customize presentations to meet the unique needs of different stakeholders.
Negotiation and Contract Finalization:
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure advantageous agreements.
- Work closely with legal and finance departments to finalize contracts.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate comprehensive sales reports, evaluating performance against established targets.
- Provide forecasts and insights to support ongoing improvement efforts.
- Employ data-driven strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Proactive Business Development:
- Exhibit a strong business development mindset, actively pursuing and securing new opportunities.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, consistently surpassing expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; a technical background in chemistry is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in account management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Capability to provide clear numerical forecasts and work towards ambitious sales objectives.
