Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Support Specialist to join our team in Hillsboro, OR. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the management team.
  • Attend meetings and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Support domestic and international shipments, including communication with vendors and inputting purchase orders.
  • Create quotes, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
