We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing in NW Portland. This role will provide administrative support to the Accounts Payable function and assist with various financial projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable process, including compliance review and check runs. You will also review invoices for accuracy, address discrepancies, and enter them into the accounting system for processing.

In addition to your financial responsibilities, you will also provide general administrative support, answering incoming phone calls, processing daily mail, and maintaining the appearance of shared office spaces. Your ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate strong interpersonal relationship skills is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to approach challenges in a solutions-oriented manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also required in this deadline-driven environment.
