Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our legal department, including contract and litigation support, administrative tasks, and interactions with clients and external partners.

About the Role

  • Provide general legal support relating to a wide range of matters, including contracts, litigation, billing, and filing.
  • Assist adidas employees with basic legal matters and direct them to the appropriate resource or person when necessary.
  • Manage responses to subpoenas, small claims court matters, and escalated consumer issues.
  • Support the administration and enforcement of various policies.
  • Develop reports and presentations, and draft basic legal documents.
  • Format, type, and edit various materials, including correspondence, memos, minutes, reports, and confidential information.
  • Work with Finance on monthly legal invoice accruals.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced MS Office 365 skills, including SharePoint.
  • Advanced eDiscovery software skills (Zapproved strongly preferred).
  • Advanced legal billing software skills (Legal Tracker strongly preferred).
  • Advanced eSignature software skills (DocuSign strongly preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Paralegal Certificate a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior leaders.
  • Experienced in executive assistant level roles and fully qualified/trained.

Salary

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
