About the Role

Caylent is a cloud native services company that helps organizations unlock the full potential of their people and technology using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We provide a comprehensive range of AWS services, including workload migrations and modernization, cloud native application development, DevOps, data engineering, security and compliance, and more.

As a Cloud Sales Representative at Caylent, you will be the driving force behind sales, bringing together AWS and our customers to identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, collaborating with AWS sellers, and working with Account Executives to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads that result in new business for Caylent and AWS
  • Develop and execute prospecting campaigns independently and in partnership with AWS Demand Gen and Inside Sales teams
  • Qualify leads from personal outbound campaigns, marketing, inbound, and AWS
  • Understand customer needs and solutions
  • Present and deliver information to customers and AWS
  • Maintain up-to-date information in Salesforce
Requirements
  • 1-3 Years of SDR, BDR, or Sales Experience
  • Raise the bar attitude

  • Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Google Workspaces

The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $75,000 - $80,000. Your On Target Earnings (OTE) is determined on factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and other market conditions.
