Cloud Computing Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Computing Sales Professional to join our team at Amazon Web Services, Inc. As a Lead Development Representative, you will play a key role in qualifying and generating leads, prospecting for new customers, and developing and executing sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs
- Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of AWS solutions to potential customers
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers in-person and virtually
- Stay up-to-date with existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing
- Achieve monthly qualification goals and share them verbally and in written format
- Update and maintain customer information within Salesforce.com
- Present a high-level, technical solution to diverse audiences
- Conduct research to stay informed about existing and new markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of relevant Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Government (B2G) IT sales and prospecting experience via outbound campaigns
- Advanced written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling-to or supporting Federal customers and/or partners
- Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or a similar CRM tool
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills
- Results-oriented and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
