Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Internal Meetings to become a vital part of the Congress & Meeting Management (CMM) team at a leading pharmaceutical and manufacturing organization.

This position plays a pivotal role in orchestrating high-caliber internal meetings for the Human Pharma + Animal Health division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of internal meetings, ensuring adherence to Internal Meetings Standard Operating Procedures, Playbook, and Frequently Asked Questions.
  • Enhance engagement, operational efficiency, and participant satisfaction while achieving strategic objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and vendors to guarantee seamless meeting operations and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Propose and implement best practices derived from research and historical performance data.
  • Manage substantial meeting budgets, negotiate with service providers, and pinpoint cost-saving strategies.
  • Uphold high ethical standards and maintain professional relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive logistical experience with large-scale meetings (200+ participants).
  • Proficient in virtual meeting technologies and project management methodologies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
