Position Overview:

The Client Relationship Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional, professional, and high-quality service to all clients of Republic Bank Limited. This role is pivotal in promoting both business and personal deposit offerings.

Additionally, the position entails managing the opening and closing of deposit accounts, addressing customer service inquiries, and executing teller transactions with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate comprehensive and prompt client transactions, including receiving deposits, verifying amounts, and processing transactions through the banking system.
  • Welcome clients upon their arrival at the banking center, striving to cultivate robust banking relationships with frequent patrons.
  • Consistently uphold the Republic Experience for every client interaction.
  • Balance cash drawers daily, adhering to the performance standards set by Republic Bank.
  • Process loan payments and ensure accuracy in transaction entries.
  • Manage outgoing wire transfer requests and cash transactions while maintaining security protocols.
  • Engage in consultative sales discussions with clients to identify opportunities for additional banking products and services.
  • Open and close various types of deposit accounts, ensuring compliance with all banking policies.
  • Monitor new account activities to confirm successful onboarding and cross-selling efforts.
  • Conduct outreach to existing clients to promote additional products and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain proficiency in consumer loan systems for various loan applications.
  • Stay informed about compliance requirements relevant to the role and assist in implementing new regulations as necessary.
  • Exemplify and promote the Bank's values and corporate culture, fostering an environment of trust and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or 1 year within Republic Retail Banking.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office and internet applications.
  • Prior experience in loan processing is preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High energy level and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to sit, use hands, and communicate effectively. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting of up to 10 pounds may be necessary.

Additional Requirements:

  • Travel between banking facilities may be required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
