Position Overview

POSaBIT, Inc. is a pioneering fintech company situated in the Greater Seattle Area, specializing in innovative software solutions tailored for the cannabis sector. Our offerings focus on point-of-sale and payment systems that ensure compliance, enhance customer interactions, and streamline operations for numerous cannabis retailers nationwide.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to contribute to our expanding team. This position is vital in maintaining our high standards of customer service and nurturing relationships with our diverse clientele across the country. We are in search of an enthusiastic individual who can effectively advocate for our customers and develop expertise in the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and energy in every customer interaction while building strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle a significant volume of customer inquiries, offering suitable solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information while diligently maintaining data in the CRM system.
  • Proactively address issues and identify when to escalate complex matters.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and availability to assist other teams in enhancing the customer experience.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer support.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client service roles.
  • Familiarity with the cannabis industry is preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume inbound/outbound call environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to work remotely, including weekends and holidays.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce and cannabis POS/Payments software.
