Position Overview:
If you enjoy crafting memorable experiences for clients while being an organized and analytical thinker, we want to hear from you You will be responsible for managing operations and logistics for your designated areas. Work schedules will vary based on client requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Meeting & Event Managers to execute events
- Welcome guests and provide assistance as needed
- Act as a liaison between Meeting Managers, AV Support, and Vendors
- Inspect meeting and event spaces, reporting any maintenance needs
- Follow up on all event modification requests
- Possess knowledge of basic A/V and IT functions
- Utilize internal systems to manage space and usage
- Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with all operational departments
- Keep track of office supplies and conduct monthly inventory
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Guest Services
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 2 years of general office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Video Conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to troubleshoot audio-visual issues
Compensation Range:
The compensation for this position is $23.00/Hr. - $25.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
