Your Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Sales Executive, you will deliver value to our clients by offering expert guidance on dental merchandise, equipment, and services. Your primary focus will be on merchandise and small equipment sales to your assigned clientele, while also expanding sales within existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
You will manage the sales cycle, collaborating closely with Equipment Specialists and Service Technicians to nurture client relationships, develop new sales opportunities, and guide clients through the sales process.
Key Success Metrics:
- Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed volume, growth, and margin targets for assigned product lines.
- Sales Growth: Actively prospect for new clients and network to enhance business growth.
- Full Service Utilization: Ensure clients utilize our full range of services, including equipment, merchandise, and service.
- Exceptional Client Experience: Provide outstanding service and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Co-Travel: Collaborate with other sales professionals and specialists when applicable.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred. Significant experience in dental merchandise sales may substitute for formal education. Candidates should have 2-4 years of successful outside sales experience in a medical or technical sales environment. Frequent travel by car and airplane is required, with potential out-of-town travel up to 50% based on territory.
The ideal candidate will maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record as per company insurance requirements.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in dental sales is highly desirable.
Compensation:
This position operates on a commission basis and is eligible for performance-based bonuses. During the training phase, the salary range is between $100,000 to $135,000, allowing for candidates with varying levels of experience and skill.
