Lead Client Relationship Manager

Position Summary:
As an integral part of our organization, you will take charge of fostering client partnerships, evaluating insurance agreements, negotiating terms with underwriters, and guaranteeing client satisfaction through outstanding service. At The IMA Financial Group, Inc., we emphasize integrity, trust, and professionalism in every engagement.
- Effectively retain and manage existing client accounts.
- Evaluate client contracts for insurance relevance and negotiate with underwriters as necessary.
- Supervise the preparation of certificates and negotiate additional coverage options.
- Review upcoming policy expirations and collaborate with the Marketing Department for renewals.
- Present specifications to underwriters to secure competitive pricing.
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and procedures.
- Build and sustain robust business relationships founded on integrity and trust.
- Provide guidance and training to client service personnel.
- Complete projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of the insurance sector.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proven computer proficiency.
- Numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- State of residency Producer's license.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in the insurance field.
- Five years of experience in a retail agency or brokerage setting.
- Progressing towards an industry-recognized designation.
