- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and provide necessary training.
- Deliver continuous account management and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Inform existing clients about the benefits of additional G2 Bankruptcy Risk Solutions services and offerings.
- Identify, investigate, monitor, and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to meet client needs.
- Take charge of the customer lifecycle and retention initiatives.
- Utilize analytical skills to foresee and address client needs proactively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to discuss outcomes, tackle concerns, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
