Key Responsibilities of a Verizon Client Relations Specialist:

  • Engage with customers to provide detailed information about products, services, promotions, and to manage orders or gather sensitive customer data.
  • Attract potential clients by addressing product inquiries and exceeding expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and build positive relationships with every customer.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service, Sales, and Management teams to stay informed about the latest offerings and promotions available to our clients.
  • Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to Management to enhance processes, boost client satisfaction, and improve sales performance.
  • Go above and beyond to connect with customers and foster long-term relationships to enhance customer retention.
