The Client Relationship Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional, professional, and efficient service to all clients of Republic Bank Limited. Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive and timely client transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
  • Welcome clients upon their arrival at the banking center, fostering strong relationships through personalized service.
  • Deliver the Republic Experience consistently to every client, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accountability for cash drawer balancing, adhering to performance standards.
  • Process various transactions including loan payments and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy in all operations.
  • Engage clients in discussions to identify opportunities for additional banking products and services, effectively cross-selling to enhance client relationships.
  • Open and manage various types of deposit accounts, ensuring adherence to all relevant procedures.
  • Monitor new account activities to ensure successful onboarding and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach to existing clients to promote additional products and strengthen relationships.
  • Utilize the consumer loan system efficiently for processing applications and managing client accounts.
  • Stay informed about compliance requirements and assist in implementing necessary changes.
  • Exemplify and promote the bank's values and culture, fostering an environment of trust and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or 1 year in retail banking.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in loan processing is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular sitting, standing, and walking, along with the ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Additional Requirements:
  • Travel between banking facilities may be necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required, including evenings and weekends.
