ABOUT THE LEGAL & CRISIS TEAM

The Legal Affairs & Crisis Communications team at BerlinRosen plays a pivotal role in advocating for essential issues such as civil rights, equality, and public safety. This team also specializes in crisis management, helping clients protect their reputations during challenging times.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Senior Vice President, you will spearhead strategic communication initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive business development efforts. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, promote teamwork, and demonstrate expertise in planning and growth strategies.

This position will involve collaboration with prominent law firms, enhancing their visibility and supporting their clients in legal matters that require reputational management.

ROLE LOCATION: This position operates under a hybrid work model.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

In your role as a Senior Vice President on the Legal & Crisis team, you will:
  • Design and implement communication strategies for high-profile clients.
  • Execute integrated campaigns across public affairs, media, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media figures in the legal field.
  • Create impactful written content, including press releases and communication plans.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Lead business development initiatives and manage responses to requests for proposals.
Essential Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, preferably in legal or crisis contexts.
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and promoting inclusivity.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Exceptional client service skills with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.

WORKING AT BERLINROSEN

Compensation Philosophy: BerlinRosen offers competitive salaries to attract and retain top talent, with regular reviews to ensure equity across all levels.

Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000

Senior Vice Presidents are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
