The Role

The Client Support Specialist will report directly to the Client Services Manager and collaborate closely with fellow Client Support Specialists, as well as department managers from Concessions, Merchandise, and Premium Services. This role is pivotal in setting a standard of excellence for all staff within the venue. A comprehensive understanding of the venue and its offerings is essential to effectively assist guests.

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Support Specialist will:

  • Work directly with the Client Services Manager and engage with other Client Support Specialists, as well as department heads from Concessions, Merchandise, and Premium Services.
  • Serve as a role model for excellence among all staff in the venue.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the venue and its services to assist guests effectively.
  • Support the Client Services Manager in various employee engagement activities, including customer service initiatives and events.
  • Gather real-time feedback from guests during events to enhance the overall experience.
  • Conduct evaluations of associates in different departments during events.
  • Complete a set number of evaluations and feedback sessions per event.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Strive to maximize satisfaction for both employees and guests.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage with all management levels.
  • Highly motivated with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic team environment while also working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Physical ability to walk for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds.
