THE TEAM

Designed for the contemporary traveler, the 104-key boutique Bottleworks Hotel merges historic architectural elements with state-of-the-art hotel facilities.

THE ROLE

The initial impression a guest has of a hotel is shaped by the expertise and capabilities of the Guest Services Coordinator. You will deliver a range of guest services while operating in the lobby or reception areas of the establishment. This role is dynamic, diverse, and provides the chance to work flexible hours and engage with new individuals.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
  • Facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, including all necessary financial transactions
  • Managing and coordinating room assignments and pre-arrival preparations
  • Addressing and resolving guest inquiries and concerns
  • Providing recommendations for services and responding to information requests
  • Handling and securing luggage
  • Assisting with the check-in and check-out processes for groups and tours
  • Supporting other departments as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

YOU WILL EXCEL AT BOTTLEWORKS HOTEL IF

Education High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

• Outstanding communication skills and a professional demeanor

• Proficient in conflict resolution and decision-making

Technology/Equipment Proficient in utilizing various computer applications

YOU ARE A TEAM PLAYER IF

Experience and/or Training Previous experience in customer service

YOU MUST ALSO POSSESS

U.S. Work Authorization (required)
