Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, customers, partners, vendors, and employees, ensuring a positive on-site experience.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Security, Space Planning, Facilities, Workplace Events, and Guest Services, to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Manage the operational excellence of our on-site experience, including space set-up and tear-down, event coordination, and communication.
  • Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and other physical tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate and run in-office events, including communications, food and beverage, set-up, tear-down, and clean-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in facilities management and/or guest services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite programs (Gmail, Gcal, Sheets, and Slides).
  • Highly personable, professional, and customer service-focused with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for up to 2 hours at a time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Solid office management and workplace environment knowledge.
  • Previous experience working in hi-tech, hospitality, and fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to perform handy skills and furniture adjustments.
  • Knowledge of office Health and Safety standards.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Quip, Slack, and ticketing systems.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).
