Join a Leading Women's Retail and Personal Care Company as a Procurement Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Manhattan, NY (In office 1-2 days per week)

We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to become a vital part of our team. This position will focus on our beauty segment, which includes fragrances, body mists, lotions, and more. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical abilities, with a background in personal care or manufacturing. The Procurement Analyst will collaborate closely with various teams and will oversee a range of procurement activities and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of RFQs: Issue, approve, and track Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
  • Tooling Authorization Forms: Process Tooling Authorization Forms (TAF).
  • Sourcing Trackers: Regularly update sourcing trackers to maintain accurate records.
  • Purchase Orders: Revise costing on purchase orders.
  • Support for PCOG Creation: Extract costs from the system to assist in Product Cost of Goods (PCOG) creation.
  • Cross-Functional Meetings: Facilitate support for cross-functional meetings, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Cost Rolls and Approve to Buys (ATB): Prepare documentation for cost rolls and ATB processes.
  • Workflow Oversight: Monitor workflows for components to ensure seamless operations.
  • Technical Support Tickets: Generate tickets for technical support as necessary.
  • Formula Cost Sheets: Manage and refresh formula cost sheets.
  • Beauty Change Management: Assist in beauty change management processes.
  • Weekly Meetings: Engage in weekly meetings with team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams. This includes clear and effective communication, active listening, and the ability to collaborate and manage expectations across various departments and organizational levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and experience in personal care or manufacturing.
  • Proactive Approach: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative and results-oriented mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience: Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Beauty Manufacturing is preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is advantageous.

Standout Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Beauty Manufacturing.
  • Education: Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
  • Relationship Building: Capability to cultivate and maintain strong trusted advisor relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems.
