Position Overview

AECOM is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team, focusing on the procurement and management of design and construction services for various projects. This role will report directly to the Procurement Manager and will involve collaboration with team members to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establishing a procurement timeline for each project.
  • Drafting procurement-related documents such as Notices of Intent, Requests for Qualifications, Requests for Proposals, and Recommendations for Award.
  • Working with team members to create comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) packages promptly.
  • Partnering with technical experts and internal stakeholders to write, edit, and refine solicitation documents, contract scopes, and budgets.
  • Efficiently managing the content of all assigned procurements, including follow-ups with relevant personnel and handling multiple document revisions.
  • Ensuring adherence to standards, policies, and procedures, including contributing to the development of purchasing policies and protocols.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Compensation will be determined based on location and individual qualifications, with an expected range of $101,000 to $145,000.
