Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Procurement and Third-Party Management Operational Excellence team. This role is crucial in enhancing our procurement processes and managing relationships with third-party vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a vital member of the Operational Excellence team, contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to design and implement projects aimed at streamlining procurement operations.
  • Engage with technology teams to support procurement-related technology initiatives.
  • Utilize change management strategies to assess organizational readiness and facilitate process improvements.
  • Work closely with business partners to identify and implement innovative solutions that address operational challenges.
  • Conduct workshops to create future state process models that capitalize on value opportunities.
  • Perform assessments and benchmarking to incorporate best practices into procurement processes.
  • Partner with process leaders to advocate for process changes and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including backlogs and user stories.
  • Employ methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, and Lean to drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement within the organization, aiming to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operational excellence, particularly in procurement and third-party management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of involvement in process improvement and transformation projects across various business areas.
  • Experience in managing complex projects that deliver significant returns on investment and enhance risk management.
  • Familiarity with procurement transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Background in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Experience in management consulting is a plus.
  • Strong skills in process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to integrity and excellence in diverse environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
