Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Manager at Elevate Property Management, LLC, you will be responsible for driving the success of our leasing operations without compromising your work-life balance. You will be the driving force behind crafting and executing dynamic sales strategies that meet and exceed occupancy targets and revenue milestones.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve and maintain occupancy targets and revenue goals.
- Take a hands-on approach to the day-to-day management of a property management leasing team and overall leasing operations.
- Ensure that company leasing goals are met and that all operations comply with company standards, fair housing regulations, and other relevant laws.

- 3 years' experience working in a professional office environment.
- Prior experience working in a leadership and sales role required.
- Ability to think critically and use problem-solving skills to suggest solutions to issues.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees and vendors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel to all properties within a given region as needed.
