We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at American Eagle. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity through efficient inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Build guest loyalty by providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and development opportunities.
