About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Development Manager to join our team at Klaviyo. As a key member of our partnerships team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our marketing agency and systems integrator partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive growth and revenue through our partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to help our partners succeed with Klaviyo.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partners' business needs and goals.
  • Work closely with our product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with our partners.
  • Travel up to 25% to meet with partners and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in account management, channel sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing agency and systems integrator industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
