Salary/Hourly Rate:

$80k - $85k

Position Overview:

The Senior Administrative Partner will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer in various administrative functions. The CEO's schedule is exceptionally demanding; therefore, they require a well-organized and proactive partner to oversee their business calendar. The ideal candidate will act as a reliable support system, capable of problem-solving and making high-level decisions. Previous experience supporting a C-level Executive in a rapidly evolving organization is essential.

Responsibilities of the Senior Administrative Partner:
  • Serve as a dependable right hand and strategic ally to the CEO, providing assistance in all administrative matters.
  • Organize high-stakes meetings and coordinate events.
  • Manage correspondence with external clients and board members on behalf of the CEO.
Qualifications for the Senior Administrative Partner:
  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level Executives.
  • Experience in sectors such as internet, technology, software, or marketing is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google applications and PowerPoint, as the role involves special projects and presentations requiring a creative touch.
Education Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
