As our new Senior Partner Relations Manager for the North America region, you will join the global Partner Sales Team at Staffbase - a swiftly growing leader in the communication software industry. Our team consists of seasoned partner business entrepreneurs across three continents. This role presents an exciting opportunity to represent a global market leader and collaborate with skilled partner sales professionals, all striving towards a unified goal - ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the partner sales strategy for the region:
    • Lead, formulate, and implement the North America partner sales strategy.
    • Conduct business planning sessions, pipeline meetings, and partner discussions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to guide partner sales strategy decisions.
  • Execute co-selling and co-marketing initiatives:
    • Generate and manage the partner pipeline.
    • Collaborate with partners on sales opportunities.
    • Organize co-marketing activities alongside partners and the Staffbase marketing team.
    • Support partners in achieving success with Staffbase through enablement and sales coaching programs.
  • Build and enhance partner relationships:
    • Establish and maintain robust relationships with Staffbase partners in the North America region to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for our North America-based partners, managing all communication activities, including sharing updates and gathering partner feedback.
    • Participate in planning and hosting monthly partner roundtables and other partner gatherings.
    • Collect partner feedback and relay it to relevant teams at Staffbase.
  • Monitor partner performance and suggest improvements:
    • Analyze and report on partner sales performance, identify challenges, and propose insights to accelerate partner sales growth.
Qualifications for Success
  • 5+ years of professional experience in partner sales, sales, or consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ user environments).
  • Exceptional communication skills, high empathy, and the ability to forge strong business relationships.
  • Experience in developing relationships and partners in the B2B SaaS or software sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the North America region (approximately 25%).
