Role Overview
The Client Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive account support and exceptional customer service to a diverse array of multinational clients. In this capacity, you will utilize PGB's Benefit Administration Tool to assist clients with their benefits enrollment requirements. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to be part of a vibrant team within a growing organization, collaborating with a variety of global entities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the account management team in addressing daily customer inquiries and escalate issues related to eligibility and claims.
2. Develop and apply knowledge of client needs to provide outstanding service.
3. Maintain precise customer records for reference and operational purposes.
4. Support the account management team in overseeing the complete process for customer interactions and carrier relationships.
5. Keep management updated on customer or carrier-related issues.
6. Participate in regular client meetings.
7. Assist with the annual Open Enrollment process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the health insurance or employee benefits sector.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, alongside effective sales negotiation abilities.
- Life & Health License is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to actively listen and solve problems independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
