Role Overview:

As a Client Success Specialist, also known as an Agent Experience Coordinator, you will be the initial point of contact for our clients when they enter one of our offices.

Your responsibilities will include managing the office environment to ensure seamless operations and adherence to Compass standards.

You will assist a select group of clients with various needs, including understanding our platform, training on tools and services, and fulfilling marketing requests.

As a Client Success Specialist, your enthusiasm for customer satisfaction will drive you to deliver an exceptional experience while collaborating with the agent experience team for additional support.


Key Responsibilities:


- Act as the welcoming face of the office, greeting visitors, managing mail, coordinating in-office events, and providing initial support for office-related inquiries.

- Maintain the overall organization and appearance of the office, manage supply inventory, and escalate any facility-related issues.

- Directly manage a small portfolio of clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- Facilitate the adoption of Compass technology and related services by offering personalized support to clients.

- Collaborate with the National Onboarding team to assist in the onboarding process for new clients.

- Provide fundamental marketing assistance by responding to inquiries, creating materials from templates, and liaising with marketing specialists for more complex requests.

- Work in partnership with team members and other departments to advocate for agent feedback and questions.

- Address basic technology-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues with devices, conference room equipment, and enterprise systems.

- Offer administrative support as needed, including preparation for sales meetings, data entry, and office-wide communications.

- Foster a positive office culture by inspiring and empowering colleagues with a constructive approach to change.


Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.

- Familiarity with enterprise technology (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is advantageous.

- Excellent listening skills with the ability to connect with others and empathize with client challenges.

- A passion for building community within the workplace, encouraging interaction and engagement.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to quickly adapt and devise solutions.

- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Availability to work in the office during standard operating hours.

- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.


Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly base pay for this position is $24.00, with variations based on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
