Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care effectively.
  • Gather and document patient histories and vital signs accurately in our Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
  • Retrieve and communicate laboratory and radiology results to patients as directed by clinicians.
  • Maintain inventory and prepare examination rooms and medical instruments for various procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a clinical setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR software.
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant.
  • At least one year of experience in both front and back-office clinical duties.
