Client Support Specialist

World Insurance Associates LLC, a leading insurance organization, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to enhance our Employee Benefits division.
As part of our team, you will provide essential account support and exceptional customer service to a diverse range of multinational clients. Your role will involve utilizing PGB's Benefit Administration Tool to assist clients with their benefits enrollment processes, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the account management team in addressing daily customer inquiries and escalate any issues related to eligibility and claims.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain precise customer records for reference and operational purposes.
- Support the account management team in overseeing the complete customer interaction process and managing carrier relationships.
- Keep management updated on any customer or carrier-related issues.
- Participate in weekly client meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns.
- Assist with the annual Open Enrollment process.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the health insurance or employee benefits sector.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with sales negotiation capabilities.
- Life & Health License is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
