Position Summary
We are looking for a committed Customer Relations Specialist to provide outstanding account support and customer service to a diverse range of multinational clients. In this role, you will leverage our Benefit Administration Tool to assist clients with their benefits enrollment processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the account management team in resolving daily customer inquiries and escalating eligibility and claims-related matters.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain precise customer records for reference and internal purposes.
  • Assist in managing customer interactions and carrier relationships to ensure issue resolution.
  • Keep management updated on customer and carrier concerns.
  • Participate in regular client meetings to discuss ongoing matters.
  • Assist in the annual Open Enrollment process.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the health insurance or employee benefits sector.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
  • Life & Health License is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
