Senior Client Executive, Pharmaceutical Sales

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to take on a pivotal role within the Pharmaceutical sector of our Large Customer Sales division.


As a Senior Client Executive, you will be tasked with developing and nurturing relationships with prominent brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their business goals through our advertising solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage and enhance relationships with current advertising partners, both directly with clients and through agencies, to drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Develop comprehensive upfront and joint business strategies with top-tier clients.
  • Establish strong, mutually beneficial connections with new clients, providing education on our platform and offerings.
  • Utilize agency and direct client relationships to identify new opportunities for advertising products.
  • Employ data from various sources to inform client strategies and proposals.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Lead internal initiatives by participating in team meetings and special projects.
  • Manage client meetings from agenda setting to final presentations, ensuring clear communication of expectations and outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, communicating significant platform updates and opportunities to enhance relationships.
  • Offer strategic and consultative guidance to clients to elevate and expand partnerships.
  • Continuously explore and identify client needs, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to align their objectives with innovative opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to exceed client marketing goals.
  • Influence the development of our advertising product roadmap by aggregating client feedback and campaign performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and represent our brand at industry events.
  • Share expertise in the industry and product by mentoring and training team members.
  • Work closely with other Client Partners and Account Managers to create a unified strategy across shared accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, with a minimum of 7 years in a sales capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing partnerships with complex enterprise pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives at pharmaceutical clients.
  • Extensive industry knowledge in specific verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
  • Established relationships within the agency and direct client landscape.
  • Expertise in the social media domain and native advertising.
  • Experience in developing and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to lead and manage special projects effectively.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
